Hey everyone, ~AnonymousMonster here!  I just wanted to write up a quick submission guide to clear up any confusion with the new folder system.

The "Featured" folder is now reserved for the little gems I find in all the submissions.  If your emote isn't there, don't feel like you aren't worthy, it's just that I only choose one or two per week to copy to the folder.

Currently there are three folders to which non-staff members can submit deviations; Member Emotes, Emoticon Related and Guest Emotes.

Member Emotes
This is where the majority of submissions should go.  This folder includes chat emotes, visual purpose emotes, finished packs, and stamps and avatars that contain emotes.

Emoticon Related
This is where bases, base packs, emoticon memes, WIPs, stamps supporting emoticons or emoticonists, and tutorials go.

Guest Emotes
Now this one is a new little feature I threw in.  Non-members may submit one emoticon per week to this folder if they wish.  It follows the same guidelines as Member Emotes.
